This breathwork practice is a powerful, somatic approach to personal empowerment. It will allow you to move energy and initiate a shift into higher consciousness and healing.
Conscious Connected Breathwork encourages opening up and breathing into the layers of stored discomfort, pain, tension or traumas, to release the emotions that were not fully processed in the past. To let go of the old, with ease and grace, see the potential of the moment, and move forward with more personal power and clarity.
Breathe it to the surface.

This is not a quiet meditation. We use music and encourage vocalizing to release.
*Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Blankets & bolsters are available in the studio, but feel free to bring your own for extra comfort. Some people may wish to bring a journal.

Because of the strong physical and emotional releases that may arise, it’s not recommended for people with:
Cardiovascular disease, untreated high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, history of psychosis, severe mental illness and pregnant women. Anyone with asthma should bring their inhaler.
