Breath is the bridge that connects life to consciousness.

Through breath we can open up and move old stuck emotions that no longer serve us. We can meet the parts of us that have been hidden and are ready to be seen and loved. Conscious breathing can nourish our spirit and heal spiritual and emotional wounds.
This style of breathwork takes us deep on a journey within. Conscious connected breathwork is a breathing technique that assists in getting out of your ego (thinker/doer brain) and more connected to your higher soul Self. Our breath is powerful. This is the adventure of Self discovery.
Breathe it to the surface.
Let it be seen.
Let it be heard.
Let it be healed.
Everyone’s experience is different, and each experience is unique. Each time you show up for it, breathwork takes you wherever you need to go.
This is not a quiet meditation. We use music and encourage vocalizing to release.
*Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Blankets & bolsters are available in the studio, but feel free to bring your own for extra comfort. Some people may wish to bring a journal.
** Safety issues:
Because of the strong physical and emotional releases that may arise, it’s not recommended for people with:
Cardiovascular disease, untreated high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, history of psychosis, severe mental illness and pregnant women. Anyone with asthma should bring their inhaler.
