Join Shannon for this trauma-informed and aware gentle practice that helps us come into a deeper and
intentional connection with our body, tapping into it’s innate wisdom to release and restore itself.
Slow & intentional movement aimed at increasing body and sensation awareness, breath awareness, and balancing the nervous system.
Guided practice will include (but are not limited to) elements of Classical Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama and guided Meditation.
Classes are judgment free and welcoming to all.
