Our CLass offerings

You’ll find a variety of classes to choose from at Rebel Soul Yoga, from restorative to vinyasa, morning and evening we’ve got something that will work for you.

Adaptive yoga classes are for adults living with physical disability and/or progressive mobility impairments. 
 
Students can practice from a variety of positions, including standing, seated in a chair (including a wheelchair), or on the floor. Props are used to adapt foundational yoga postures. The goals of adaptive yoga are to enhance breath and movement, strengthen one’s inherent mind-body relationship, improve strength and flexibility, and have fun and feel good!
 
Class participants must be able to follow verbal cues and instructions. 
 
This class is offered by donation. Caregivers/assistants are welcome to participate at no cost. 
 
Classes are gentle and nurturing, filled with our breath as the bridge from our body to our minds. 
 
• Wisdom Warriors – Sometimes referred to as seniors or elderly. 💪🏼

Awaken the body and spirit in this intuitively and organically crafted class. We will move with the energy of the day, promoting a heightened sense of awareness and wellbeing. An all-levels class.

Slow Deep Stretch is a deeply restorative practice focusing on longer holds and total-body stretches. This class provides a calm and relaxing space to let go of tension, focus on your breath, and let all your stresses fall away. All-levels and beginner-friendly.

This gentle practice is suitable for all levels. This class slows your flow and allows you time to connect deeply to your breath and stay in postures long enough to become aware of their sensations. Explore the subtleties of both effort and ease as you learn to move more mindfully.

Suitable for all levels. In this class students will move through a sequence of poses, connecting breath and movement. Moving your body to the rhythm of your breath promotes circulation. The increase in fresh, oxygenated blood delivered to your muscles, organs and bones energizes the entire body. Class is creatively sequenced and different each time. This is a mixed level class that is accessible to everyone. Modifications are offered for beginners and experienced students always have the option to take on more advanced posture variations.

Suitable for all levels. Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin is yoga at its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class will complement your Vinyasa practice and will open and release areas in need of more stretching.

This class will ease men into cultivating a yoga practice in a relaxed environment and help them become stronger, more agile and focused. 

Whether you are a serious athlete, recovering from an injury, a new or more experienced yoga practitioner, or just can’t put your socks on, men’s yoga will build strength, balance and flexibility.

This class is a gentle approach to learning basic Yoga poses, breath work and deep relaxation. With the use of props, students can learn how to adapt the poses to all levels of ability with safety and compassion.
