In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to the foundations of Ayurveda and how it can be applied to modern life. We’ll explore the three doshas and their unique qualities, and begin to uncover your own constitution (prakriti) along with signs of imbalance (vikriti). You’ll also learn simple, seasonal practices and supportive daily rhythms.
Through guided teaching, reflection, and simple daily practices, you’ll begin to notice your own patterns and learn how to support balance in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
