In a world that constantly asks for your attention, your energy, and your “doing,” when was the last time you were given permission to simply be?
There is no movement to master and no flexibility required.
In this class, the goal isn’t to work out, but to “work in.” You will be guided into a state of profound rest where your nervous system can finally click from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest.
Give yourself permission to:
Silence the inner critic.
Rest without feeling guilty.
Soften into the present moment.
We will use whatever props are needed to get you cozy, but feel free to bring your favorite blanket, small pillow, an eye mask (or a soft scarf) to help you withdraw from the outside world.
