This Seasonal Soul workshop with Shannon invites you to gently awaken your energy and step into the renewal of spring.

Through yoga, pranayama (breath practices), and simple Ayurvedic practices, we’ll explore ways to lighten the body, support digestion, and clear seasonal stagnation. 

You’ll gain practical tools you can bring into daily life, including:

• How Kapha energy shows up in spring

• Signs of seasonal stagnation and how to shift it

• Simple Ayurvedic self-care practices for this time of year

• Foods, spices, and daily rhythms that support spring renewal

• Yoga and breath practices that cultivate lightness and momentum

These teachings are approachable, practical, and designed to support real-life integration.

Grace arrives when the heart softens- it helps us handle chaos and difficult situations with love and forgiveness.  The gong also reduces anxiety and can help you create balance, clarity, and a sense of well being.  The practice will begin with hands on assists to settle you. A guided meditation will lead you into a gong bath to shower you with new moon energy.
