More About This Workshop...

The Spring Equinox marks a natural turning point. A moment of balance between light and dark, rest and renewal. In this 90-minute guided breathwork experience, you’ll be invited to gently release what winter has been holding and create space for clarity, ease, and fresh energy as the new season begins.
