This Pink Full Moon let’s take a journey through the chakras and detox. 

In this 90-minute guided breathwork experience, you’ll be invited to gently release what winter has been holding and create space for clarity, ease, and fresh energy as the new season begins. Through conscious connected breath, grounding meditation, and supportive facilitation, this session supports your nervous system in releasing built-up tension and reconnecting with a deeper sense of presence and inner alignment.

As winter gives way to spring, the body naturally begins to shift. In Ayurveda, this season is governed by Kapha energy, which can bring stability and nourishment, but when it accumulates, it may also create heaviness, sluggishness, or feeling stuck.

Ostara is a modern holiday inspired by various cultures throughout history and across the globe. It is a celebration of the Vernal Equinox, the point at which the Sun is directly over the equator and the planet's northern hemisphere begins to tilt toward the Sun, tipping it into Spring.

The practice of Yin yoga uses long held poses to increase circulation in the joints and increases flexibility targeting deep connective tissue such as the ligaments and fascia. Yin helps find deeper pockets of impurities to release and heal.  The Yin practice will be followed up by a mini Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep."  This practice is performed by lying down as comfortably as possible. Mert will get you settled in with sound healing using crystal bowls, Koshi chimes , gong and other sound modalities. 

In this class, the goal isn't to work out, but to "work in." You will be guided into a state of profound rest where your nervous system can finally click from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest.
